Hi Veronica
I am writing to tell you how grateful myself and my husband Jamie are for your services in the days leading up to our wedding. It was no question that we would be bringing our fur baby Casey along to Banff to be a part of our special day. The only issue was that Casey is not a fan of being left alone in a strange place, such as a pet friendly hotel room. I could feel the panic in his eyes upon our arrival to our hotel in Banff. And so the next day I sought out Dog boarding options. We called your business and your husband answered the phone - an extremely friendly man who answered all my questions and offered me to come and take a look for myself. Myself and Jamie were greeted at the door by Veronica - such a sweet sweet lady I might add - and we were given a tour of the premises. I knew right away that Casey would be in great hands. We mentioned that Casey, who is now 6 years old, is not a big fan of being around other dogs, especially bigger ones. And you both gave him his own space where he would not be bothered by other dogs. The day of our wedding Veronica brought Casey to the Cascade Gardens so he could take part in some family photos. He looked so handsome in his white bow and trim job by Veronica. Veronica waited until the pictures were over and brought him back with her. We really appreciate this service Veronica, you took a lot of stress from me that day. Jamie and I will be forever thankful to you and your husband for your business. We will be sure to visit when we come back to Banff and now we can bring along Case, knowing he is in such great hands. I have attached some pictures from our wedding for you to include in your website.

My Husband Jeff, my Puppy Kihei and I. We greatly appreciated you looking after Kihei and bringing him to our Ceremony site in Banff. Our dog is apart of our family and our wedding day would not have been whole without him.

Hey guys it is Heidi and Lee! Just wanted to say thank you again for everything that you guys did for us and how you took such good care of our babies!!!! (Jade and Kujo) You have no idea how much it meant to us to have the dogs there to get their pictures taken with us on our special day!!! I have a couple of pictures that I will be getting to you soon!!! I promise!!! Just wanted to write and say thanks again!!
