I am writing a long overdue thank you for the boarding services you have provided for my wife and I during our various stays in Banff and area, including during our wedding. We have used other borders in Alberta before and while satisfied with their service in general, we notice a distinct positive difference in our dog, Berlin, when we pick her up from your kennels after her stay.

We can tell our dog was enjoying herself and felt at home and unafraid. For concerned dog owners with no other choice but to temporarily board their dog, this was a great relief to us. We could enjoy our stay confident that our dog was not unduely stressed. We could tell Berlin thoroughly enjoyed her stay with you and was not stressed or afraid. This is even more remarkable considering our dog has fear and anxiety issues. These issues were never a problem in your kennels open environment.

Hi Veronica,

Thank you so much again for looking after Sammy, I can see he had a ball! Tuesday and Wednesday he was so tired, he didn't move, when he wasnt eating he was sleeping and that was it. But today he is back to the normal Sammy with a loooot of energy:)

We really appreciate what you guys do for the dogs! You do not just provide a happy home for them during their stay, you also invest in training them to have good manners and care for their health. You do an amazing job!

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how pleased we are with the care you gave Loki during his stay with you.

He was clearly happy being on holidays with you and has adjusted nicely to being back home with us..

Right now, he's just hoping the thunder stop soon :)

He looks great and smells wonderful. So different from our experience at other Kennels where a bath leaves him smelling like perfume over stink.

Hey Veronica,

I was so nervous dropping our dogs, aka our first and second borns, off at a boarding place. They had only spent one weekend away from Lee and I and they were with family so I wasn't concerned! When we pulled up to Veronica's I was almost sick to my stomach, but when we took the dogs in and I saw how they treated our two Pitbulls my heart melted!!! I knew that there was no need to be nervous or worried about them!!

When we were getting our wedding pictures done it just didn't feel complete until our dogs were there!! Veronica and her family were nice enough to bring our dogs to the spot that we picked for the pictures! It was such a stress relief to have someone else take care of the dogs and transport them around for us! Lee and I couldn't have asked for anything better for our dogs! They were so happy and tired when we picked them up it was amazing!!!!

We will for sure be using Veronica again when we are going away!!!

Hello Veronica,

This is Stephanie and Geoff (Zeus' parents) we just wanted to thank you again for taking care of him on the last weekend. He must of had such a great time because he slept the entire next day!
