This information its very important for you to read and understand before making your pet's reservation
REQUIREMENTS
> Up to date proof of vaccinations are required for all dogs and cats, unless otherwise stated by your veterinarian. Dogs are to have their Rabies, DHPP, and Bordatella (Kennel Cough, vaccine must have been administered a minimum of 3 days prior to admittance).
> Dogs must be friendly with other dogs and people.
Your dog must be free of fleas, tick , lice... or any contagious disease..
(We do not discriminate breed, age or size)
> Dogs are required to be on a short leash and under your control while on the premises and until we place them in their temporary home.
> Children MUST be under your control to be sure that pets in our care are not disturbed and are respected.

POLICIES
> Treatment for flea, tick, and lice will apply it for an extra charge of $7.00 (NO EXCEPTIONS) If your dog has any medical condicion that this treatment can't be apply you must proof it to us by bringing a letter from your dog's Veterinary.
> There is a $100 charge to confirm your reservation! This fee will be fully credited to the pet's account at checkout for the respective reservation. If your pet checks out before reservation ends, this fee will not be refundable or credited to your pets account.
> There is a full charge for a reservation that the amount is below $100.
> There is a $100 dollars charge for any cancelations.
> A credit card pre-authorization will guarantee your reservation. If you fail to show without a cancellation, 50% of the total amount of reservation will be charged.
> Pets may not be released to you until charges have been paid in full.
> If your pet is going to be in and out from our facility, a full payment will be required before we will release your dog to you.
> After our normal office hours, a $30 charge will apply for drop-offs and pickups for the overnight boarding.
> After our normal office hours, a $20 charge will apply for each 15 minutes late for the doggy day care.
> Check in time; from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm. (special request available)
> Check out time; from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon (overnight boarding) (special request available)
> For any pet that checks in in our facility for the first time be award that you will need to fill up a document and also we need to do an
assessment with your pet before you leave.
>Should your dog show any aggression during the assessment we may not be able to keep your dog in our facility.
>We provide food only for those who stay with us longer than three nights.
> We do not show our facility on;
* Long weekends
* Spring Break
* From December the 15th to January the 15th

WHAT TO BRING
> Proof of vaccinations
> Proof of flea, tick, and lice treatment ( If you dont have it we will apply, no exceptions)
> Any medication along with instructions
> A favourite bed, blanket and/or a cage
> Food and treats if your dog suffers of any allergies
> Your dogs leash, collar, harness and/or gentle leader
